Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped within 24-72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). We will contact you if there is a delay in shipping time.

We use Canada Post and USPS to ship all orders except when local pickup is selected.

A tracking number will be emailed after your order has shipped.

If a product goes on back order we will ship your order immediately after the product is back in stock, we will let you know if this happens.

If the customer’s address is incorrect due to our fault, we will reship the items at no extra cost. If the address is incomplete or incorrect due to the customer's error then the customer has the choice of returning the items and receiving a refund minus the cost of shipping the items back to us, or the customer can have the order reshipped at full cost of the original order.
